As you already may know, Agudath Israel of America, Orthodox Union, Rabbinical
Congress (RCA), Chief Rabbanut of Israel, Degel HaTorah and others asked Jewish
people to have a fast and also recite nusach Yom Kippur Katan tomorrow, Erev
Rosh Chodesh Nisan (Wednesday, March 13, 2002) because of difficult and dangerous
situation in Israel. (See http://ou.org/other/ykkatan62.htm )

Unfortunatelly we cannot gather people for a minyan in our synagogue of Kehilas
Moreshes Yaakov, because Yom Kippur Katan service should start before Shkiyah
(5:59pm tomorrow).
