   On Rosh Chodesh Elul (Sunday, Aug 19, 2001)
       at 8 PM in Israel
       1 PM Eastern Standard Time in USA and Canada)
       6 PM in England
       3 AM Monday in Eastern Australia
   the entire world Jewish community is encouraged to participate in
   a worldwide Tehillim (Psalms) recitation on behalf of Israel.
   
   Psalms to be recited included chapters 79, 83, and 142.
