There is a predator in our neighborhood and he must be stopped!!!
Black Male, Approximately 30 Years Old
Medium build, no facial hair or glasses
Dreadlock/braided hair, on one occasion was wearing
a "DU-RAG" (a durag is like a black bathing cap)
Drives a Red/Maroon 4 door, late model Japanese vehicle
Has beads hanging off rear view mirror
Unknown (at this time) plate # or type
Approaches young girls (6-9 years) seems to have preference for chubby
girls
Approaches passenger/curbside and asks them to get into his car
Offers 'five bucks"
Is NOT deterred by the presence of other children, has approached with
siblings present
On one occasion, was not wearing pants or underwear
Last incident took place on Saturday, 4/9/05
Seems to be out on nice days and in the late afternoon/early evening
Has so far approached in three locations:
  * Monday @ 6:30pm East 28 and Avenue L
  * Wednesday @ 6:00pm -- East 32 and Avenue L
  * Shabbos @ 5:00pm -- East 28 and Avenue M
In the event that he is spotted, please contact the police or Shomrim
IMMEDIATELY, while taking info such as plate number, direction of flight or
current location.
NO ONE is advised to attempt apprehending him.
He typically drives around the block a few times, SLOWLY looking for his
"prey".
